MAZATLAN´S CARNIVAL PARADE

Mazatlán´s Carnival is its most cherished tradition. Once a year, the entire City is bathed in confetti and its skies lighted with colorful fireworks, and locals and tourists alike move to the rhythm and sound of the best local band music. Starting on Thursday night, and continuing up to the early morning hours of Ash Wednesday, Mazatlán offers world-class entertainment for all ages. It´s three crowning ceremonies (King of Joy, Carnival and Floral Games Queens, and Child Queen) all feature internationally-renowned artists for the delight of thousands, and its traditional Carnival Parade is held on Sunday and Tuesday, with the most impressive parade floats in Latin America. This deeply-rooted tradition began in 1898, where mascarade parties and creative events full of magic and fantasy are always part of each of its vibrant editions. A.- Shrimp Mignon: Shrimp medallion bathed in mushroom gravy and served with risotto and mashed potatoes.
B.-Surf & Turf combo: Beef fillet bathed in mushroom gravy and grilled shrimp in a mango sauce. Served with vegetables and mashed potatoes.
