Based on our experience, we´d like to offer you the following useful advice to make your event successful:

  1. Establish your travel dates.
  2. Determine the number of rooms needed, and how you would like them to be distributed, based on hotel´s occupancy availability.
  3. Our lodging recommendation is either a semi-inclusive plan or one including a buffet breakfast.
  4. Reserve well ahead of time to guarantee space availability.
  5. Plan your free-time activities, such as beach outings, visits to the aquarium, Historical Center, lighthouse, taking a bay cruise orwalks along our boardwalk, among many other activities available.
  6. Request a free cocktail upon arrival for your guests, on the House.
  7. Define the set-up you would like, according to your type of event
  8. Select the hall or meeting room for your event, based on your capacity needs.
  9. Choose the décor and color for table linens for your event.
  10. Choose your food & beverage package based on 1, 2 or 3-course meals; hall or meeting room rental is free when your food and beverage purchase is equal to the hall´s rental price. The same applies to coffee break service for business meetings.
  11. Establish how you would like your guests to be seated.
  12. Don´t forget to include your alcoholic beverage service, such as a domestic or international alcoholic beverage open-bar, as needed.
  13. Define music of your preference, then choose the live band to hire for the event.
  14. In case your event is carried-out on premises other than our hotel, plan for transportations services to and from your event (bus, for transportation services to and from the hotel (bus, taxi, open-aired "pulmonías" or "aurigas").
