Cancellation Policies
  1. If you wish to cancel your reservation, you are required to do so in writing at the following e-mail address:olasaltasinn@mazatlan.travel , including your reservation confirmation number and full name. For your assurance,please request that your cancellation number be e-mailed to you as confirmation.
  2. Individual room cancellations must be made at least 96 hours prior to the arrival date. Otherwise, a no-show charge shall apply, consisting in the cost of the first night´s stay plus tax, and it is not refundable. For groups, cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. Otherwise, a no-show charge shall apply, consisting in the cost of the first night´s stay plus tax, and it is not refundable.
  3. For two-night stays or over, if a guest does not show-up at the hotel before 12 noon on the following day of the scheduled arrival date, the room will be considered available to rent to other guests.
